    • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay

    • Monthly superbills that may be eligible for partial insurance reimbursement are provided on request.

  • Each person is different, and the course of treatment will differ for each client. Once we have a chance to meet and get to know each other, we can discuss treatment goals and timelines.

  • It's essential to work with a therapist that provides an environment where you feel safe and comfortable. Let's connect to discuss your needs and my approach. If I'm not the right fit, I will gladly provide you with referrals to other excellent practitioners.

  • I accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held.

  • I accept PPO health insurance plans as an “out-of-network” provider. I will provide you with a Superbill at the end of each month which you will be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The insurance company will then reimburse you directly. This means that you will be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of each scheduled appointment. It is very helpful to check with your insurance company ahead of time to find out what your coverage is for therapy services with an out-of-network provider.
